A sweet child's roll top desk. It is definitely for a child as I could not sit with my knees under it. This piece took quite a while to get finished. The roll top had been painted a not so pretty green and needed sanded down by hand. I will be forever grateful to never come across another one:) I sanded and stained and sealed the drawers and tops. I painted it in a Benjamin Moore white. I thought the more neutral the better. All of the handles are original and the drawers are lined with green paisley cloth. There is also a writing board that can be pulled out. After much hard work I think it turned out to be a very darling piece.
