Writing..
My circumstances can color my view of the Father; if I let them. What I do have and what I don't have can determine my sight. If I allow it. Or I can choose to believe otherwise. He is good. He is faithful. He is healer. He is Almighty. That is what He calls Himself. It comes down to my choice. Do I allow my life circumstances to dictate my reality of Him? No, I refuse to let these small moments strip me of my Father. He stays the same. I am the one changing. Continually trying to look past what appears truth in this world, to the eternal reality of Him. The truth that never fails. I see unclearly, while He can see the finished result. Whatever happens in my life, I won't treat it as fuel to think less of my Father, but rather cling to Him and the many good names that belong to Him.

Furniture: Cabinet and Plant Stand
This cabinet was originally one you would hang from the wall. It sat for awhile waiting for me to decide what to do with it. I thought about adding legs and here she is now. I think it is a quaint piece. I painted it black; the legs are painted duck egg blue as well as the inside. The knobs are more like hooks but I wanted something different so I went with it:) The doors are old wood so it gives it a bit of an imperfect/rough look which I like.
Price: $95
The plant stand is small and very sweet with it's chippy white paint.
There are little flecks of green on it as well.
Price: $25

"We are not always sure where the horizon is. We would not know "which end is up" were it not for the shimmering pathway of light falling on the white sea. The One who laid earth's foundations and settled its dimensions knows where the lines are drawn. He gives all the light we need for trust and obedience."

A sign and Wall Hangings..
I have finally made my own sign. My dear friend Janelle designed it for me; I think she did a wonderful job. Can't wait to hang it up:)
This wall hanging was painted in provence and school bus yellow. I distressed and finished it with a wax. These two unique hooks I found were added for some charm.
Price: $45
This one is pained in just school bus yellow. I also painted the middle with chalkboard paint so whatever you would like can be written. Two old hooks were added as well at the bottom.
Price: $45
