But whatever is good and perfect comes to us from God, the Creator of all Light, and He shines forever without change or shadow. James 1:17
Creator of all Light, You shine forever without change or shadow. But what about the darkness I see here? It is all around, and I wonder would it consume me? There is no shadow in You, but at times there is in me. Eating away at me piece by piece. Yet I know this Creator. Who is Light. He lives in me, shattering any darkness that remains with His Light. It is what He offers, how I want to reside with Him in the Light. He can wash away the shadows hiding in the deep places. What must I do to have this all embracing Light? Ask Him to come. Simply ask and believe He will. And He will change everything. The Light will embrace me; never leaving me cold again.

Furniture: Cabinet
An adorable small cabinet. It was painted with milk paint (blue) and accents of white. I lightly sanded and sealed it with a wax. The top was added with wood boards sanded and finished like the rest.

Furniture: Tea Cart
A tea cart still in great condition. I just shined it up a bit and cleaned it. The sides pull up for a larger top space as you can see by the last picture. It is a sweet quaint addition to display lovely tea cups:)

Writing..
My circumstances can color my view of the Father; if I let them. What I do have and what I don't have can determine my sight. If I allow it. Or I can choose to believe otherwise. He is good. He is faithful. He is healer. He is Almighty. That is what He calls Himself. It comes down to my choice. Do I allow my life circumstances to dictate my reality of Him? No, I refuse to let these small moments strip me of my Father. He stays the same. I am the one changing. Continually trying to look past what appears truth in this world, to the eternal reality of Him. The truth that never fails. I see unclearly, while He can see the finished result. Whatever happens in my life, I won't treat it as fuel to think less of my Father, but rather cling to Him and the many good names that belong to Him.

Furniture: Small Table and Small Hutch
A table painted in two tones of grey. There is a drawer in front as well. It is finished with a wax.

The sweet small hutch was painted with milk paint. A green and white color. I sanded it and waxed it for a nice finish All of the knobs are original.

Furniture: White Cabinet
A very old cabinet painted in white with accents of yellow. I thought the small legs added something different to the piece. The inside was painted yellow as well with the shelves in white. A unique and sweet cabinet.

Furniture: Cabinet and Plant Stand
This cabinet was originally one you would hang from the wall. It sat for awhile waiting for me to decide what to do with it. I thought about adding legs and here she is now. I think it is a quaint piece. I painted it black; the legs are painted duck egg blue as well as the inside. The knobs are more like hooks but I wanted something different so I went with it:) The doors are old wood so it gives it a bit of an imperfect/rough look which I like.

The plant stand is small and very sweet with it's chippy white paint.
There are little flecks of green on it as well.

A sign and Wall Hangings..
I have finally made my own sign. My dear friend Janelle designed it for me; I think she did a wonderful job. Can't wait to hang it up:)
This wall hanging was painted in provence and school bus yellow. I distressed and finished it with a wax. These two unique hooks I found were added for some charm.

This one is pained in just school bus yellow. I also painted the middle with chalkboard paint so whatever you would like can be written. Two old hooks were added as well at the bottom.
